Free never includes Pro features. Guests and the box office never pay or sign up. Billing is not live yet, so join the list and we will reach out the moment it opens.

How does Pro billing work?
Pro is $49 a month per tour or run of dates, billed on its own, with Pro features on every date. Billed per tour or run of dates. Billing stops after the last date. Single events are included while you pay for Pro.
Does Pro cover other events?
Pro covers every date on that tour or run, including extra dates you add to it, like a festival slot or a private event. A one off event outside it is its own $25 Single, since each tour or run is billed separately.
What is Single?
Everything on one event, including unlimited team members and Admins, plus Pro features: comp limits, approval requests, reports and export, and Contributor permissions. $25 one time for that event, no subscription. Single events are included while you pay for Pro.
Who can be on my team?
Free shows include you and one Contributor. Single or Pro unlocks a full team and Admins: unlimited team members for one price, with no per seat fees. Free never includes Pro features.
Do guests need an account?
No. Guests walk up to will call, show ID and go in. The box office does not need an account either, just the link and a 4 digit PIN.
Can I switch anytime?
Yes. Start free, add Single for one event, or put a whole tour or run of dates on Pro. Your events, lists and team stay exactly as they are.
Is ID required at the door?
Yes. Every guest shows ID to the venue, as always. The door screen shows each name on the list so the box office can match it.
How do I delete a tour?
Open the tour, tap Manage tour, then Delete tour at the bottom. Only the tour owner can do this.
